Of course there is a Help Desk, which provides end-to-end support, taking responsibility for any system or network issues that may arise. We also offer an option called "Quick Consult," which lets you call for any video conferencing issue. Our Consultants respond to the "out of scope" questions in writing within 48 hours. And if contracted, we can provide project management and coordination of specific requests.
