Site Testing: A free site test is performed at least 24 hours before the scheduled video conference. These required site tests are conducted at your convenience to verify connectivity with each of your sites.
Operator Recall: If assistance is needed, a Conference Specialist may be reached by pressing "*" and "0" on the dial-pad of your video conferencing equipment.
Conference Monitoring: Conference Specialists routinely and unobtrusively monitor the conferences to ensure the highest level of quality.
Automatic Roll Call: Before the conference begins, a Conference Specialist will introduce each participating site.
Volume Control: The Conference Specialist can adjust the volume of each individual conference site.
Audio Delay Control: The Conference Specialist can adjust the lip synchronization of the participants prior to admitting them into the conference.
Lecture Mode: The lecturer's image may be broadcast to all conference locations. When there is a question from a participant, the lecturer sees that specific location while the others continue to view the lecturer.
Automatic or Operator-Controlled Switching: The video source for the conference may be switched automatically (voice activation) or, if requested, it may be switched manually by a Conference Specialist.
Standing Reservations: Video conferences that take place on a regular basis may be reserved at one time and maintained in our scheduling system. In the same manner, lists of participants who are frequently called may also be maintained.
Customized Billing: We offer one of the most detailed invoices in the industry. In addition to the standard information (date, time, number of participants), detailed information for each participant is provided. Any additional services are clearly marked.
